Their phone number no longer works and I am trying to receive the remainder of my shipment

I purchased this product with good faith and they have not sent the remainder of my product I was promised.
I have tried to contact the company however their 800 phone number no longer works.
I believe the product does work or at least it is working for me at this time.
I just want to get the remainder of my product or my money back.
