Please stop acting surprise everytime a colored person walks in your store

I have been shopping at Crate and Barrel for six months now. Everytime I go in there I am not greeted by the employees at the stores. Most of them dont even look in my direction. I always have to ask for help when I am purchasing something. I observe the way other people are treated when they walk in the store. It's not right. I obviously shop there because I can afford to. So please the next time a person of color walks in your store please make an effort to just be nice.
