Gave me user and password that don't work and no e-mail or way to cancel the order I wanted to cancel and it wont let me and i want to stop them from taking money out of my account

I was checking out there offer and put all the info in to order this cd for 1.97 s&h it gave me info to go to there web site and when I tried to go there it wouldn't let me I called the number and they said to call back I just want to stop them before they even send me the cd and I can't get them by web site or phone please help me stop them.
