Deceitful and misleading

Kids.com contacted us about our 2 1/2-year-old twins in June. My husband and I met with them in July and were promised many things.in fact, they told us that twins were quite popular in photography and modeling yet hard to come by in this profession. We were hesitant as first but after much conversation were convinced that this company would be great for our twins.

Contacting them was always difficult and an agent was never available to speak with. Being brand new to this sort of thing we didn't worry at first because the first couple of times the girls' photos were put up within the timeframe originally given.

However, as time has gone by (the twins will be five very soon) the photos were posted on the website later and later which was frustrated. Being a mom who loves photos, I found it strange that they always seemed to choose the worst of the proofs given. It seems to me that you would want to chose the best of the photos you are given.

It has been almost a year since we have heard from them or received any reminders of photo updates.

We paid them to do a job and they did not fulfill their end of the deal. We would like a full refund. Next time, I know we will do much more research and check out all of our options.
