I paid up front for boudoir photos, and received a few of them - but was told I'd get all of the photos (unedited as well) and never received them. I offered several times to pay for a courier to pick them up, to go get them, etc - and finally she just stopped responding.
None of her contact information works - after some research it appears that she packed up and moved to Toronto.
It's not hard nor is it time consuming to email me the photos so I'm not sure why it's such a big ordeal - I wasn't looking for a refund and never stopped being pleasant - I just wanted the rest of my photos.
