This is a warning to anyone who is considering joining this site as a paying member. Apart from all the billing problems reported here on Scambook, you should be aware that this and similar dating sites make it statistically difficult for you to achieve a match. These sites do this by forbidding a non-paying member to display their membership status. Moreover, they do this by not allowing a non-paying member to send you a flirt, which would otherwise allow you to gage your profile's potential appeal before you choose to become a paying member. And most importantly, they refuse to allow a non-paying member to reply to a message sent to them from a paying member. OurTime claims that their policy forces all members to create a level playing field, but without this site revealing in advance the real ratio of free to paying members, your participation will end up being like a crapshoot where the house always wins. You are much better off to choose a dating site that charges more but gives you the facility to communicate effectively with any member of your choosing regardless of their paying status.
