Took our money and disappeared Lynbrook

My husband & I brought our son down to Kids.com on 4/21 to register him. Because they were highly reccommended to us. Well had his photo taken, looked his photo up on line and a few months after I called to update our contact numbers and could not reach anyone. The phone numbers were not in service???

We payed our $595.00 fee for 5 years and it was not even 6 mths and they dissappeared!!! They broke their contract with us and I want to be reimburssed.
Should I file a small claims report??? I need advice...
