About a month ago I had seen some charges on my back account and never authorized them. I called the number on the paper and got through, they told me that they would cancel and never charge me again, until last week and now when I call I get no answer just a website and even then the website doesn't help you like they say they will. They took 14.95 and 49.95 out of my checking account and thats not cool.
