Horrible customer service

Dropped off a sterling silver frame to be engraved as a gift. I was told to return one week later to pick up the frame. As instructed I returned to the store one week later. The woman at the counter asked me to come back (later?) to pick up the frame. When I told her that I could not come back (later?) because I was leaving town the manager rushed out of the back of the store and returned my frame with no engraving on it. When I asked why it had not been engraved he said that I was at fault for not giving him more time to do the job. When I mentioned that I was told to pick it up today he ignored rudely ignored my answer and said it was not his problem. So now I do not have a gift to give. I strongly suggest should anyone in this area need engraving, trophies or plaques to take their business elsewhere. This company will not appreciate your business nor honor their commitments.
