Charged me for something I didn't need after their "pro" consultation

On their free consultation regarding my LLC the representative told me that I need to submit 3 documents to get what I wanted to get. It took for them 2 weeks to do so (also I was asked to sign empty docs without information on it). Than when I finally got filled in docs I called to the Board and to Secretary of State office to check if the documents are correct and are something that I need to file. I found out while phone calls that:
1) the rep lied me about the amount of filing fees
2) when I called to tax board I was told that I didnt need such document to be filed
3) when I called to the Secretary of state office I was told that I need to file completely different form. The forms that was prepared for me was wrong.
4) When I talked with the Rep about it he was rude and didn't want to handle the situation and refund the money.
