Intel Marketing is worthless!!! They claim to sell and send exclusive leads for professionals. They claim they will scrub your leads to your specification. The filters they were to use on my campaign were set to a minimum loan size of $175,000, 4 years out of bankruptcy and no mobile or manufactured homes. They were to send me one lead a day until my campaign was completed.

In the first two weeks I have received 3 leads. Two leads the second day. The first one was a manufactured home and the borrowers are in the middle of chapter 13 bankruptcy with a loan size of $50,000. The same day I got a lead that the people had never filed out any request to be contacted by anyone. They had a 30 year fix mortgage rate of 5.125% and had no plans of refinancing their loan at all.

I contacted Antonia Rojas, who claims to be the Manager, but can't remember talking to you when you just talked to her. When I explained to her I was a new client and there seemed to be a problem with the quality of leads. She said she would take care of it.

The next day I received a new lead. When I contacted the phone number I was given, I was talking to a caregiver of a woman with Alzheimer's disease and she has been under physician and caregiver supervision for the past 3 years.

When I contacted Antonia and tried to explain my lack of faith in them to fulfill my contract and I thought it would be better to go our separate ways. I requested a refund of my money. From that moment on I have not been able to talk with anybody; I have been put on hold for 20 to 30 minutes at a time.

These are not honorable people or a company you should do business with. There is a reason they do not take credit cards. When they ask you to send them a check Run as fast as you can from them!!
