Thieves took 700.00 out of our checking account without permission

I do not recommend this company at all! This has been by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. Customer service is a joke. I have spent all day on the phone with them today and yesterday trying to get someone who can speak ENGLISH.

This company took $700.00 out of my checking account in the last two days without my knowledge or permission due to early termination of their so called contract.

After looking at my checking account yesterday and calling the bank I was told that Dish Network had a hold on my account in the amount of $200.00. So, I called Dish Network and spent half the darn day on the phone (finally got someone who could speak english) to find out that the $200.00 bank draft which wasn't authorized was for canceling our contract early. So, I ask them about where to return equipment. They tell me they will send boxes to place them in the box with their labels that will be sent and send them back via UPS. Okay, not a problem! Well, not even a day later, I look at my bank account information and the jerks have taken yet another $500.00. So, I called them today to find out what they were taking the 500.00 for. Well, it is for equipment fees I am told. Did they think that their boxes would get to me overnight and that I could get the equipment right back. Since they told me it had to be mailed to one of four locations I highly doubt it. Still waiting on their boxes to arrive which I no longer need. Nope, can't just take it to a dealer close by, got to mail it. I talked to a guy named Phillip who was nice enough to send me some labels via email in order to mail the equipment back with me using my own boxes and supposedly my $500.00 will be returned to my checking account. Doesn't include all the overdraft fees out of my account and doesn't help that I am now 350.00 in the hole at the bank due to all of this.

Someone really needs to do something about this company.
