I ordered cologne (online) August 11 and paid with Credit Card.
I received the item as described and in a timely manner from an address in Santa Monica, California. No problems, I was a happy customer.

Satisfied with my frist order, I placed a second and third order (online) October 13 (yeah... Two orders—same day) paying through Paypal.
Of the two orders placed on 10/13 I received the first within 9 days.

I waited nearly two weeks before attempting contact regarding the second (more expensive) order, concerned that my "2nd Day" shipoment had not arrived. There was no response when I wrote to the using the "Contact Us" feature on thier webpage. After repeated attempts to get an acknowledgement from anyone at Androtics I then telephoned the 1-800 number posted at the site. There was a recorded message saying that Androtics was in the process of moving to new facilities with the expectation that the move would be completed by "Monday" and that orders might be delayed.

I am continuing to write and telephone but the recorded telephone message has not changed in almost three weeks. I threatened (in writing) to file a complaint with The BBB unless I received acknowledgement by Nov. 6.

Yesterday, Nov. 7, I received a PARTIAL shipment via DHL from "ADC" in Santa Monica, CA. And the item I received is NOT the item I ordered!

I do not trust Androtics to rectify the error. I do not trust that they will honor the terms and conditions of the sale. I would be happy to receive my money back (waiving the "DOUBLE your money back GUARANTEE")

I have earned enough "points" with AndroticsDirect that I can order a "free" item, only paying for the cost of shipping. As it would only be an additional $4.95 I am seriously considering it though I suspect it will just be more money down the drain. I will keep you posted.
