Jeff Turner is a dishonest person, he will not pay you ANYTHING for work done, so web developers beware!
Future Customers please consider someone with verifiable credentials on drug sweeps and other work you may have this guy perform for you.
He dosn't have verifiable credentials that I am aware of and from what else I know of him, he as either been fired or just plain told that he wasn't needed as a K9 officer anymore from every police outfit he has worked for.
AS far as I am aware his Ohio training certification has also been pulled.
