T Mobile is a rip off do not trust them when using international calls! I was charged over $400 for calls I never received, messages left, messages that could not be checked, and was even charged for customer service at $2.99 a min.in that call I asked to be credited for droped calls and lack of service. I was told my account would be credited after I received by bill. I was not! T Mobile reps are liars, and they practice in my opinion unethical business practices. They charged me for a services I never received. One agent acted as a lawyer and gave me a legal opinion, I was denied and refused arbitration, was told I could only contact T Mobile thru a lawyer, they would not respond to me directly.

I called and called spoke to multiple persons... Nothing but an offer of a $50 credit... That does not even cover the taxes. Never Never use them on International calls.

I was a loyal custome for years. I will never do business with this company again.
