All -tel fraudgulent My Circle. Mobile to Mobile

I have asked for a print out of " My Circle" and "Mobile to Mobile".. Of all the phone Calls that were placed... My bill is over $500.00 dollars. All my Daughters calls are on My Circle... How can they count minutes on that? When they say it free. My bill was never over $77.00 dollars... All-tel will not give me a printed copy of all the calls that were made...

Now they are adding other things to my bill... When they didn't before... We are getting alot of dropped call. And not getting credited for them, when on the web site they say you are not charged for dropped calls... Rip-off Rip-off. Is anyone else having a problem with all-tel?
