Florist ripped me off. I asked for a $40 arrangement and was charged $57.80

I called in a floral arrangement order and asked to spend $40 total. When I received my bank statement, the florist charged me $57.80. I called to inquire as to why I was charged an additional $17.80. They told me it was a delivery fee. Maybe it's just me, but I think I should have been informed of the fee in the initial phone call. I would avoid using this company.
