Calls three to five times a day and sudden dispute form requirement

I have been dealing with RPM since early this year. At first I refused to talk to them since they had not sent me anything in the mail until, oh, I do not know, 5 months after the fact. They call here 3, sometimes 5, times a day.

In the past 2 months I have paid them off, or so I thought. I have talked to 3 different people there, all claiming to have taken $450 off my balance due to my disputing Sprint's claims. So I called yesterday to find out if I had paid everything off. The guy I was talking to started screaming at me, saying that I have to send in a dispute claim form and so on, and would not even allow me to get a word in edgewise. I got so mad, especially because the 3 prior people never mentioned anything about me having to send in a dispute claim form. Their website does not even have a dispute claim form to print off!
