Funeral disgrace and ugly unsypathetic resolve

This is the most horrible company and its customer service staff, manual, christian, jessica and danny and manuel were laughing at us and calling us frauds and ruined my memory of my aunts funeral. I asked for the prieum bouquet of blue irs flower and the description is tall and very beautiful, well we ended up with a 6 inch vase and no more than 12.5 inch flowers that looked like a flat top military haircut, everybodies flowers were big and beautiful and we paid 103 bucks for crap. And when we go to remedy the situation they hand up and laugh and then get mad when you start yelling at them when you call them names because they have done nothing but laugh and make us feel bad for complaining about a ruined funeral hello someone died and they just dont care and refuse to remedy the situatuion all of them are pieces of crap and I hope when there family members die I can't wait till they have some problems cause they will get theirs krama is a bXXXX and they will reap it to the fullest for pointing fingers at us and laughing saying we are frauds and they also blamed the funeral home for which many family members have been buried over the years and they have never made any sort of error. They also wanted the flowers back and a pic of them and they still wont do anything. So beware just call the shops close to where you need delivery because these types of companies are very cold and inhuman and they will get theirs in the end I am also contacting visa for poor quality ordered and they will not getr paid at all and I already made a BBB report and I also have a recording of the guy dabby who was calling us frauds and laughing at us. They are sick and abusive and low lives. Please call them harrass them they need it.
