Non-delivery of flowers and lie about it! National Online Service?! Nationwide

Flowers were not delivered to a relative's funeral out of state. Since they thought no one was actually there at the funeral to verify the fact of non-delivery, they simply lied several times on different calls

"They were just delivered." (a few minutes after the funeral was over and attendees were going home.

The order was placed to be delivered the day before the funeral.
FIRST LIE: "We can do that, no problem!"

SECOND LIE: "Oh, they'll be there, don't you worry." (15 minutes before the funeral started)

THIRD LIE: "They were just delivered." (a few minutes after the funeral was over and attendees were going home.

These "JustFlowers" people will be brought to the attention of the California Attorney General — out of business fast is where they need to be.
