Lied, told me I could keep the machine for 3 months if iI didnt use it I could send it back

Mark Bocinski, an agent for Emerald card services came out to my house and sold me a credit card machine. He told me I would pay on it for a year then it would be mine. I told him I didnt know how much our business would use the machine. Then he said after 3 months if we didnt use it i could call them back to pick it up. All I would have to pay would have been for those 3 months. When i called the company, they told me i had to pay for the whole year. So I did. Then one day I had a customer who wanted to charge the job. So I tried calling the company to help me use the machine, but couldnt get a hold of anyone. So i looked online to see if I could find a new phone # for them. Thats when i saw all the complaints against this company. So i called my bank and reported them. And told the company to pick up the machine.

Since then they have been harassing me 2 to 3 times a day for payment, and they tell me i signed a non cancellable leese. They tell me one thing and do another.
