Flase advertisting, misleading they bascially ripped me off... British Columiba

I order some flowers from this company online. I order the flowers on Oct 18.. I call them. They took my order and said the order would be sent the sameday. Also they took more money out of my account than they were suppose to for that product. I call them the next day and they said the order would be delivered that day. As for the extra charges they said that it occurs some time. They would fixed the extra charges within the next 7-10 business days. Although it has only been a few days. I feel like they are not legit. I have not receive any flowers...
