Ripoff outlandish rip-off late fees fraudulent rip off business screwed others too

I was online one day and this pop-up came on my screen saying I won a free cell phone, sp I say hey why not. I was sent the phone and it was definitely not free. They charged me $0.40 for every call I made and put calls on there from california and other long distance charges that I had never made. I told them about my story and they just acted like I didn't exist. Tehy still send me bills to this day. The total bill is 909.92
I just think it is bullshit and I want this resolved. They r a rip-off wireless company and I would not recommend them to anyone.
