1st the send a certificate with a # that no one ever answers & then they rip you off

Purchased coverage off of wirefly 6/07 for 2 blackberry phones. Son's recently fell out of his short pocket while unloading his suicase from backseat of friend's parents truck. Truck has been searched but it must have fell on the foot rail and as they drove off it of course slid off???

Called t-mobile to place on hold to prevent usage and tried to call ncoa numerous times off the # on the coverage certificate but no one ever answered/returned my calls!!! I called wirefly and the gave me another # and someone actually answered!!!???

I submitted the claim and it was denied without notifying me as to why, so i resubmitted with a more lengthy explaination and it was denied again without explaination.!!!

What could is it when it states loss coverage and then they deny without explaination??? I have cancelled both coverages and now wait to see if they reimburse me my premiums...

Get coverage through the cell carrier and do not ever buy coverage from ncoa!!!
