Is a ripoff, Violated Electronic Funds Transfer Act & victimized many consumers

Is Anybody doing anything about this. It is against the law to withdraw funds from someones account with out authorization.

After checking with the Heartland BBB, It claims that "in order to alleviate any problems with unauthorized orders, the company has established a 100% taped product order verification through all wholesale product clients.

This process is reinforced by letters and postcards to consumers notifying them of their order and an 800 number to call if the information is incorrect" Did anyone Receive this information from them? I have not.
