Fraudulent Withdraw of Funds RIPOFF

Card33 fraudulently withdrew $19.95 from my checking account. I called the phone number listed on my bank report and after 10 minutes on hold was connected to a live person. I requested the refund of the funds and the customer service rep. Asked for my order number, which of course there was none since I had not placed an order. He then requested some personal information which I declined to relay to him. At this point he stated that if the debit information used to obtain the funds was correct then there would be no refund.

At this point I stated that I would file fraudulent charges against the company (which I have filed a complaint with the FTC and the Better Business Bureau) and he again stated that if the debit information was correct then nothing would be done. At this point I reminded him that the charge was fraudulent and that the funds would be reinstated into my bank account by my banking institution. I also referred him to this website to review the prior complaint stated by the woman in GA. I then terminated the call.
