Won't give refund $ back, can't prove they sent it

How does a company like this stay in business? They have a bunch of illiterate, liars working there. Their customer support is a waste of time, get put on hold for at least 25 minutes, then hung up on. No one seems to know what anybody else is doing.
I' have a refund check coming for almost 200.00, that they supposedly sent to some phony address, i never heard of. (they sure got all my bills to my correct address). This has been going on for 6 months now.
I have tons of emails, telling me that my money was sent. Another telling me to just wait 2 more days, it's definitely coming, etc, etc.
I finally filed a complaint with the BBB and with dept. Of consumer protection, maybe i'll finally get my money back.
I wish i would have paid my bills like they are giving me my deposit refund back. My service would have been cut off after 1st month.

BEWARE, these guys are phony!!! There are a lot of better company's out there, l do some homework!

SPRINT IS A RIP OFF. They want their money, but don't want to give your's back. They can come up with 1000 excuses.
