How long does it take for a company to respond to a paying customers' complaints?

I have tried to be as tactful as i possibly can but apparently some people or "businesses" know how to handle their business the right way. I have paid for services and have not been dealt with on a very professional basis. I was supposed to be having a business logo designed by a reputable company, or so i thought, and have apparently been the product of a scam. I either want my money refunded or the services that i signed on for performed.

To be totally honest, i'd much rather have my money back because if i can't trust you to follow through with my order, or to contact me accordingly, how can i trust you to do a good job on the services that i've paid for. This needs to be forwarded to whomevers attention it needs to be and handled appropriately or i will forward this to my attorney general's office here in atlanta, ga.

People need to know that they can't get away with fraud, even if it is on the internet. Right is right and wrong is wrong. If you're going to be in business you need to do right by people. For the very same people can destroy your name and your business.
