Ripped People Off and Put out of Business

I originally wrote in about getting someone else's wedding pictures from this company and several excuses about how "I took the wrong pictures". I notice a pattern in the complaints against this company, it is always the customer's fault and never theirs even though they are the ones who are being paid to deliver a service, bottom line.

For all of the negative people who wrote in justifying their bad behavior and/or customer service by stating you "get what you paid for" are obviously wrong, because we paid for services that were not delivered to us and I don't care which state you reside in - in America that is, that is called non-delivery of purchased goods.

I don't care if you paid $1.00 or 10,000 dollars. If it states you are paying for something you are supposed to receive, you are supposed to get it, end of story.

I never did receive my wedding pictures and they tried to block me from getting a refund from my credit card company. I wrote to the Better Business Bureau, Bureau of Consumer Protection, Attorney General's Office and others. It's not about the amount of money paid, it became about the principal of the whole thing and the shabby treatment I received.

The Las Vegas Garden of Love or A Las Vegas Garden of Love (they did business under both names) are one and the same and have all been shut down (I heard they had more than one location). The owner was arrested for stealing equipment from another vendor at the convention center when the vendor refused to sell the equipment to her. The Convention Center had the owner and an employee on camera loading the equipment into her husband's SUV. They are also being sued by one of the larger Las Vegas Casino hotels because they tried to pretend they were affiliated with them and that was false. Google the company's name and you can read all about it. It goes to show what type of people we were doing business with.

Their customers (including me) got the last laugh because they are no longer in business and were shut down for their shady business practices. Now, was it really worth ruthlessly ripping off their own customers and promising goods they knew they could'nt or just plain refused to deliver, after dishonestly pocketing people's money? I say they received their "just desserts".
