Banned With no Reason, Nothing but positive feedback

After selling for one month, having nothing but positive feedback, and generating over 1000 visits on average per day to my items, Ebay suddenly and with no forewarning, sends me an email saying my account has been suspended. They gave me no warings, and sent me a form letter saying I was suspended for "abusing ebay".

I have written them numerous emails asking for a specific explanation for why I was banned, and I get nothing but form letters saying that info is propriatary and I should understand that they cannot the reason why I was banned with me. They say I can apply for reinstatement, but would understand if I don't want to, which is basically an invitation to not re-apply.

On top of that, without knowing the reason for my banishment, how can I re-apply and expect reinstatement when I don't know the reason for the banishment in the first place, and therefore cannot defend myself. The left me with customers (several) who had made purchases but now we could not contact each other so I looked like a fraudulent seller who doesn't come thru as promised. I sent SEVERAL emails asking for a valid reason for banishment so that I could defend myself, but it was if we were in a third world country, and I was guility with no chance at proving myself innocent. I even asked for their policy that says I could be banished in such a way without warning or a chance to defend myself, but all I got were form emails.

DON'T do business with ebay. They are monopolistic and egotistic, and they feel like they don't need us individually, the buyers and sellers, because they are large enough to just do as they please.
