Payment Ripoff

I have been having my payments of $128.24 taken out my debit card for the last year, last month they kept calling saying my payments are over due, I told them they were taken out automatically each month and I was told they could not do that anymore until I had the card on file. I told them it was file and they have been taking it out everytime, I called then they said well you have to come to the store so they could make a copy of the card and I had to sign the realse. I go to the store sign all the papres they make acopy of the card and then try to gharge me late fees I told them I would not that it was their fault and they agreed, so now they say you are all caught up.

Well today9/18/07 I gat a call that my payment is overdue (which was 9/15/07) I tell this John person that it is automatically taken out of the card and I have the copy of the paper I signed and marked stating so, I was then told They said let me check, he comes back says yes it's on file but they can no longer automatically take the paymen out and then I was told I owe $152.00 late payment. I then told them It was all agreed that it was all taken care of I did not have to pay since it was thier fault about the payment taken out and I was never told, at which time I was told well they no longer work here and they had no right to do what they did and I had to pay the regular payment plus the late fee, which I did.

This is one ripoff after another I want something done about it and I MEAN NOW before they change all their rules again!!!
