Paramount Packing Inc. Should not be allowed to operate as a company.
When the look to be high school kids showed up to pickup our furniture and move it from California to South Carolina they made a huge mess and was throwing furniture around everywhere. Then they would say oh you must pay extra to pack this mirror or glass table or lamps. So when leaving my bill was about 1,000.00 dollars more than the quote. Then they never could get our furniture delivered to us because supposedly after about the fifth phone call we were told the truck was broke down. Finally approx. Three weeks later we recieved a bunch of broken furniture. Stuff that we payed extra to have packed cautiously was broken ie, Mirrors, Glass Dinner Table, Lamps, TV had a HOLE completely through it and don't know how that is possible. Metal chairs had entire legs broken off of them.inside of TV armoir the rails for drawers to slide in and out on were busted off. Brand new box spring had several Huge holes in it. All knobs were broken off of most drawers and doors. Legs on sofa's and Loveseats were split. OH and We are missing an entire box. So after getting the run around from the company we filed a claim with there claims department, I recieved a letter in the mail today stating that out of nearly 3,000.00 dollars I am going to recieve a check for 477.00 dollars once I sign a paper and have that noterized and mail it back to the claims dept. I would never ever recommend Paramount Packing and Relocating to ANYONE as a matter of fact I would discourage anyone from ever using them again and maybe just maybe these moving companys will learn how to run a bussiness. Thank You
