Destroyed all of my new furniture!

On Friday [06-22-07] my home furnishings were delivered from St. Louis, MO. Upon reviewing the condition of the items that were shipped, I noticed that ALL of my home furnishings and the majority of my boxes were severely damaged - especially those that were clearly marked FRAGILE... THIS SIDE UP.

The furniture includes the following BRAND NEW items that were delivered merely days before the movers arrived to pick up my belongings! These items include: A WOODEN QUEEN SIZE BEDROOM SET - headboard/
footboard/footrails/dresser/mirror all were scuffed, scarred, chipped, and or burned.

My PILLOW TOP MATTRESS is filthy and has punctured holes in it. A 6-PIECE WOODEN/GLASS DINETTE SET - the chairs have chipps, scuffs, burns and holes... The wooden table base is scuffed, scarred, chipped, and or burned.

My MICRO-FIBER RECLINER AND SOFA - have multiple scuffs. My wooden COFFEE TABLE AND END TABLE - both are scuffed, scarred, chipped, and or burned. My wooden COMPUTER DESK - is scuffed, scarred, and chipped... The largest drawer no longer aligns with the upper drawers. Several shelf pegs are missing as well.

Items that weren't new but were in EXCELLENT condition prior to the move: SHELF SPEAKERS (4) - was scuffed and or burned. 2My 7 TV - was scuffed, scarred, the buttons are now permanently pushed in [FROM PACKING]. This Television NO LONGER WORKS with either the remote or when manually operated. My 35 TV - scuffed, scarred, and the remote NO LONGER WORKS. TV STANDS (2) - were scuffed and scarred. One of the wheels has broken off. Thank god I waited to purchase my flatscreen in California!

My office LOVE SEAT - has scuffed cushions, a BROKEN LEFT ARM, and a DISTORTED FRAME. My 2003 MOTORCYCLE - has multiple scuffed and paint burn marks. My CD STANDS (2) - has been scuffed, scarred, and has missing pieces. My BBQ GRILL - was scuffed and scraped [BRAND NEW].

My FLOOR LAMPS (2) - was scuffed and scraped, THE OTHER IS MISSING. My entertainment ctr. SUB was scarred and scraped. My TABLE LAMPS (2) - were scuffed and scarred, plus I am missing the lamp shapes! In addition, the your mover scraped and chipped the walls of my new apartment.
