United Vacation Network
This company totally misrepresented itself to my husband and me. False information and mislead us into a scam

Shops, Products, Services

My husband and I attended a promo seminar in Ft. Pierce, Fl. On Mar. 17. We were "given" a "free" cruise for attending. Our "free" cruise costs $360and we have not left the shore nor been contacted since July 9. We were also promised condos all over the world and that travel could be anytime; lowest prices anywhere for cruises, hotels and airfare, internet access for vacations anywhere we chose. The promise of assisting friendly agents was top on their list. None of this is true. We have been waiting for our "free cruise" since March - it is now Sept. 2007.

You can not access the available places for travel on their web site and you can not get anyone to answer the phone when you call. You have to leave message and within 48 hrs. They promise in their recording to call you back.

We were very leary of this vacation plan from the onset but was sold a bill of goods by the representative salespersons when we attended the presentation. These people lied when we were present with them and have denied since we signed papers.

Our package costs $3,999 for which we have received absolutely nothing and we have been billed an add'l annual fee of $225.00 six months after the initial sign up. We have not been able to use this company for any travel.
