Ripoff Targets Seniors for Fraud

My husband and I attended a seminar at the Baymeadows Embassy Suites Hotel on Baymeadows Road in Jacksonville, Florida. For attending the seminar we were promised a "free cruise" just for attending. The "free cruise" turned out to cost $759. Following are other promises made by the company during the seminar that also turned out to be false: Vacation condos anywhere in the world and anytime; easy internet access; lowest possible price for airfare, hotels, cruises, etc.; and friendly, helpful agents. My husband and I planned to travel shortly after joining in January. It it now almost the end of June and we still have not been able to travel through this company. We wanted to travel to Prague but they didn't have a condo available. We asked for a list of cities where they had condos and we were told that they would not provide us with one. They have caused us much emotional distress. If you've also been a victim of this company and would like to join a class action lawsuit against them; one if forthcoming in the Jacksonville courts soon.
