Billing fraud!

In January I thought I'd registered for just one month of support. They wont end payment me. I sent them a few occasions to inform them that I'd like them to prevent. It's Sept today and that Iam still receiving charged 49.99 per month. I named them recently and was informed that I registered to get a automated restoration support preserving 10 bucks per month. They're really misleading since I just desired to try them out. Do I've to record my charge card taken to obtain them to prevent?
