Refusal to give refund for service not used!

I thought I'd ended the support online at eharmony, I actually experimented with. And also the WOn't change the costs and return me my income. They charged me $49.95, to get a restoration charge, I thought I'd ended. And after talking to customer support, they declined to stop and return the charge!!!
