False advertisement of thickness of the book. Never returns emails nor phone calls

I bought the Nostradamus Code: World War III from this company. According to the picture on their website, the book is about 1.5 to 2 inches thick. Check it out at: http://www.nostradamusonline.com/purchase.php. I received a book that was less the. 5 inches thick. Their website also said that any questions or comments would be responded within 24 hours - I emailed and called them many times with no response at all.

This company made a false advertisement of the book I bought and failed to conduct proper business services towards their customers.
