Ebook4college.com I only got part of the book that was promised to me

I wanted to buy an ebook from this website and it was listed on google Shopping as one of the places you could purchase the book I needed. It was 50% of the regular price and I bought it. I put in my information and then it asked me if I wanted to pay through paypal and I selected the box that stated I didn't want to. Then I got a confirmation email that someone by the name of David Dao received payment through paypal. That was strange. So I downloaded the book and it was only the table of contents and the summary. Nothing in the name of the title suggested that it was a study guide of some sort but that it was the full book. I went to the Contact Us link on their page and it didn't have any phone numbers, but just a place I could write and email with inquiries. I'm guessing I'm not going to get a refund.

I went back on Google Shopping and typed in "ebook4college" as a search to see if I could make some sort of a review for my book or any other book they were selling. Nothing popped up. That was also strange. Why my book only?

Anyways if any ebook website doesn't have any reviews or anyone you can contact then I'd stay away.
