Efused credit for returned item

In September I requested a Grain & Combined turf container, on 7/18, I obtained the incorrect product from their store that we delivered per their directions. They'll not recognize its return despite the fact that I've shipping confirmation in the postoffice. They've not returned the item, or even the shipping price to come back the item. I've sent emails for their " customer support" lol. And that I have tried calling them numerous occasions simply to be informed "we are sorry, due the large-volume of calls please try another period" Thus my recommend is DON'T PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM PETALS.
