Charging taxes on DISH Home Protection Plan-I didn't authorize SCAM Ripoff

I signed an 18 month agreement with Dish Network in May. I fought for the $100 back, (The $10 off the bill for 10 months—it took nearly 5 months to get it started), begged for the return of the $19.99 as well as the $1.99 they took from my checking account for the So Called "Free week-end trip" The money they stole without my authorization was supposedly for shipping of the information for the imaginary promotional trip. I did eventually get the $19.99 back, but they acted like the $1.99 was theirs—what for, I'll never know. Maybe the extra 2 bucks they stole was for speech lessons for the outsoursed personnel. Who knows?

I am severely displeased that they continue to take $5.99 for the DISH Home protection Plan, charge the taxes on it and then credit/Adjust my account by $5.99 for the Plan without returning the taxes I paid on a service that I NEVER authorized! I'm pretty sure that is illegal.

Lord knows, I'll be one hap hap happy critter when my 18 month sentence is finally over. I'll NEVER go back to DISH Network. And I will NEVER send them the business of my enemies—let alone my friends, neighbors or countrymen.

How many millions do you figure they have pocketed by using these practices? As a matter of fact, I wish to bring litigation their way for their theivery. Any takers? This is for real.
