Better Plumber N Home Improvement - James Durkin Home Improvement RIP OFF SCAM COM ARTIST

I located Better Plumber n Home Improvement on the internet and called an requested estimate n work done to an investment property i have in Youngstown, Ohio. Jimmy gave me a $12,000 estimate and told me once the home was repaired / fixed it would be worth $100,000 or better. So I hired him (his a real sweet talking CON MAN) and wired him $12,000 into his bank account. HE stated he would send contract never recieved every time asked about he sent it lost in mail. The home was presently Listed with Howard Hanna Realty which he request that no one entered the home unless he was present.

Months went by. Nothing to very little work was done except lots of promises / excuses / delays. This was suppose to had been repaired in three months. He wanted full controll of managing this property and was going to find buyers his self.

Year later, total RIP OFF CON MAN. He did remove a fallen tree, mow the yard, replace broken glass, suppose to fix roof. Said he hired a roofer but roofer got hurt and would be away before he could do my job. Then six month later when work was still not done he lied lied lied. Any more, claims he remove lead paint poisioning and cleaned out basement and other work to the interior of the home which wasnt done and the Realtor couldnt see any work or improvement to the home which he was suppose to me making.

Me a sick n disable man in Kansas unable to go to tend to this project i turned it over to him to Repair for me. Later finding out thru Better Business Bureau numberous other people that he had Scam, Rip Off, and Majorly CON and in my case to the local Youngstown Police Dept refused to do anything to this Man Jimmy Durkin / Better Plumbers (that a joke) and Home Improvement company.

So im out my money repair work stills needs doing, and City Charging me all sorts of Fines and Im helpless in this situation. This man should be either Hung on the Court Yard lawn or place under the Youngstown Prison and be sent to Jail for LIFE
