Faulty installation that caused to date extensive expense and cosmetic damage to my house Ripoff

Installed flooring that after only 18 mos. Buckled.
Three other contractors have attested to faulty preparation of floor, lack of sealing of slap, inadequate allowance for expansion when humid, and caulking of quarter rounds that further prevented expansion of wood when humidity was greater than normal.
Company originally came to look at damage, gave no explanation other than "moisture" but did not test for moisture. Further analysis proved moisture not be beyond exceptable limits, and possible leak that was later proved to be not present.

Company gave no estimate other than hourly rate for repair or any possibility of negociation for possible errors.

After initial brief look, company would not return calls or respond to further requests for additional evaluation.
This company has been excluded from referrance from intial flooring company due to multiple complaints and alledged lawsuits for faulty installation.
