Misrepresented Products / Will not stand behind products sold

Sold me Eco Bamboo solid flooring, Roberts moisture barrier and Roberts adhesive to install on my concrete flooring. The total cost was over $6000.00 dollars.

I had all products installed according to the directions on the products. My flooring is now all cupped and has to be removed.

Floor and Decor was notified numerouse times of my problem with no response except it must have been installed improperly. Finally Floor and Decor told me to get a liscensed/certified inspector which they gave me the name of one.

I had the floor inspected which in conclusion stated the moisture barrier did not perform as intended which in turn ruined my floor. Sent the report to Floor and Decor. There response was must have been installed imporperly and basically tuff luck you just lost $6000.00. And now advise me I should have had a moisture test before installing (thanks for telling me after I spent the money)

Now I will have to fight them in court (Don't buy there products)
