AT&T
Billed for Services Even Though I'm Not An AT&T Custome

Let me state first and foremost that I am not an AT&T customer:

The problems started when we recieved a statement for charges from a collect call that wasnt placed or accepted by any member of our family. My family was in Texas during the time in question at a softball tournament. No one had access to the phones or were in the house at anytime during this period.

The biggest issue about this is that I was called a liar by not one but two AT&T reps pertaining to this issue. So I contacted Clark Howard who is a consumer advocate for the Atlanta area. They told me to write letters to the Corporate Offices for AT&T and also place an add in the Atlanta paper.

I will not let this go away even if I have to file a lawsuit for whatever reason...
