No service for over 3 weeks on phone ripoff

After repeatedly trying to get my phone fixed I was advised to set up an appointment it was in the wires. However there are 2 very elderly ladies here that may need medical attention at any time I cant even dial 9ll.

I have filed with the FCC and plan to do more. One of the ladies mother is a judge and as soon as she gets back from a convention she will help I have borrowed a cell phone now but this could have been a very bad situation. There is someone here 24 7 and I cannot schedule and appointment please give me Verizon back.
