Penelec part of First Energy will steal your money and put your elderly people in danger - Eletric Company

I have had this company over bill me for about ten years now. Finally a couple of months ago they replaced the old meters. My electric has been cut in half. They haven't made any effort to give me credit. Well I am caring for mother and aunt. My aunt has dementia and my mother has brittle bones. Between the 2 ladies the mail gets put where ever. My nephew called me on my cell phone this morning and said the lady from the electric company is shutting off the electric. He asked to wait a couple of minutes and it would be paid. She said NO. I paid the bill and they said up to 72 hours before it can be turned back on. And a 264.00 dollar security charge. I called the doctors office like they asked but he is not in... (medical Emergency) I will hold Penelec responsible if anything happens to my family. My bill is paid I explained the situation they could care less
