Paid for magazine subscription but never recieved any issues ripoff PORT ARANSAS

Bought a gift subscription for my mother to this magazine for her birthday. Paid for the magazine in October.in January my mother hadn't recieved any issues so I contacted the company and was told they would "make it right" Still no issues arrived. I emailed a few more times and never recieved any reply. I filed a claim with the BBB and they never replied to the BBB claim either.

Assuming I was never going to get my issues, I tried to get my money back through paypal. However... Paypal says you have to file a claim within 45 days so the limit was passed by the time I filed. So all I can say is if you like this magazine buy it on the newsstand. If you do decide to get a subscription try PAY BY MAIL! This way if she rips you off you can file a mail fraud report with the US Postal Service.

Paypal apparently doesn't take their customers getting ripped off seriously but the USPS takes mail fraud very seriously and I really wish I would have paid with a money order that I mailed to gulfscapes through the USPS. Then at least I would have somebody sticking up for me as opposed to paypals "sorry the time limit for contesting a charge is passed" and gulfscapes non-existant replies.
