Overcharged me and after I cancelled the order wouldnt take it off my credit card ripoff

I place an order that totaled 35.65. My credit card was carged 80.00. I e-mailed and asked them to explain the overcharge. I received no answer. I e-mailed over and over. Sent a copy of the order and nothing!

I tried several time to contact them by phone and received no answer.

I sent several more e-mails asking that they cancel the order and take the charges off my card. I received an e-mail saying that my order had been cancelled.

I received my credit card statement today. The charges were NOT taken off.

I checked with the BBB and found this company has a unsatisfactory record. Wish I had checked before I ordered from them. Beware!
