Rip-off

I ordered ink for my printer from the company Jan 31. The same day my credit card was charged. Feb 10 they sent a mail and told me they were out of stock. I promptly cancelled my order and asked them to credit my card.

Next thing is I get a mail telling me that they have shipped the order. I answered that I have cancelled and don't need the ink since I ordered from somewhere else and ask again to get credited. Since they gave a tracking # with UPS I tracked the order and found out it was delivered to some guy in Chicago. So the company has charged me and delivered to somebody else.

They call me and say that a new order is delivered to me. I repeat my request for cancellation and credit. They tell me to refuse when UPS comes, which I do Feb 18. Today is the last of Feb and still no credit and what's more, no answer to 3 more mails with request about credit.

The company is one NOBODY should ever order anything from. They can't keep record of their orders and they don't seem to give a damn about who's charged. Beware!!!
